- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products at scale
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep technical literacy across AI, blockchain, and biotechnology domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, CFIP) preferred
