Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends, technologies, and societal shifts to identify opportunities and threats for the future (2026+).
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategies.
- Lead foresight projects and horizon scanning initiatives to maintain a cutting-edge understanding of the future landscape.
- Build and maintain a network of external experts, thought leaders, and organizations to stay ahead of the curve.
- Present findings and strategies through compelling narratives, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Business, Technology, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a related field with a focus on future trends.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their potential impact.
- Experience with foresight methodologies such as scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning.
