Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and innovation methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight tools and strategic thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
