Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate them into strategic business opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-thinking culture across client organizations
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents and foresight reports
- Advise C-suite executives on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Represent the firm at premier innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation transformation projects
