- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships for ecosystem integration
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
