Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through systematic horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-generation solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation and ROI optimization

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology forecasting
