- Produce trend reports and scenario planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Curate partnerships with academic labs and disruptors in emerging tech ecosystems
- Represent company vision at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
