- Produce high-impact trend briefs and foresight reports for executive stakeholders

- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops for leadership teams
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and conferences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, consulting, or innovation with proven foresight methodology expertise
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive trends (articles, books, research)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, systems modeling)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology-driven transformation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
