Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology, economic, and societal trends to develop 2026+ strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, partners, and industry boards
- Build and lead a dedicated future-tech incubation team
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech trends
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future strategy
- Published author or recognized authority in futurist thought leadership
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
