Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports with data-driven predictions on industry disruption vectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced foresight methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for technology adoption and societal shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment frameworks
- Proficiency in AI-powered analytics tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir) and data visualization platforms
