Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing future-ready business models and go-to-market frameworks
- Conduct advanced scenario planning and risk mitigation for disruptive technology adoption
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for exponential opportunity identification
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor internal teams in futures thinking and strategic innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
