Responsibilities

- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author quarterly trend briefs distributed to 500+ executive stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio for client prototyping initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
- Represent company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with exponential technology focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented transformation strategies
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI implications, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future concepts
- Professional certification in Foresight (ACF or APF preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in regulated industries
