Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with 3-year strategic vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Collaborate with C-suite to align emerging tech investments with business objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab of 15+ specialists
- Secure $5M+ in grants and partnerships for future-focused projects
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present visionary concepts to global stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record delivering breakthrough products (2+ IPO exits or unicorn launches)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review or similar tier
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and future simulation frameworks
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
