Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimental learning
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global business units
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record scaling futuristic concepts to commercial viability
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on technological singularity or societal impact of AI
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
