- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development division, fostering a culture of innovation and experimental prototyping.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and forge alliances with leading tech startups and academic institutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain) and their commercial applications.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex problems and drive innovation in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
