Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with organizational vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3.0, etc.)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research and competitive analysis to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors
- Drive organizational change management to embed future-ready capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, etc.) and market adoption cycles
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale transformation projects
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes post-2025
