Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption across 5 key industry verticals
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and future-readiness
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to board members
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or futurism consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech disruption vectors
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
