Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, AI ethics, quantum computing applications)
- Author strategic foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their digital ecosystems
- Design and facilitate immersive innovation workshops using scenario planning and speculative design methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects aligned with UN SDGs and tech ethics principles
- Represent the company at Davos, SXSW, and other future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation (e.g., launched products/services by 2025)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, blockchain) and their societal implications
- Fluency in futures research methodologies: Delphi, STEEP analysis, and causal layered analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executive-level insights
- Certification in Design Thinking or Systems Thinking (e.g., Stanford d.school, MIT)
