Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging tech and societal trends through quantitative research and qualitative analysis
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026 market positioning and competitive advantage
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for potential futures
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers positioning our thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing actionable long-term strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping initiatives
