- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive board with actionable recommendations
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to prepare for 2026 workforce shifts
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and trend analysis techniques
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, climate tech, or synthetic biology
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools: Delphi method, STEEP analysis, or scenario modeling
