- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets through stakeholder presentations and ROI analysis
- Mentor a cross-functional team of 15+ engineers and researchers while fostering a culture of radical innovation
- Develop intellectual property portfolio with minimum 5 patent filings annually
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and Fortune 500 tech leaders
- Present at 3+ industry conferences per year to shape future technology discourse
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
