Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon, aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify competitive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-generation product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D incubation programs
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams (minimum 15 members)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Strong background in technology ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
