Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Strategize partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI and sustainability impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in futuristic technologies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for volatile tech landscapes
