- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for cutting-edge collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into actionable plans
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts simply
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
