Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for future tech domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 5-10 year horizon technologies
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
