Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biocomputing, decentralized systems) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation and governance
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members with data-driven forecasts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech foresight
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
