Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their commercial applications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into core offerings
- Present technology strategies to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI
- Mentor technical teams on next-generation capabilities and ethical implementation
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS experience
- Proven track record launching products leveraging emerging technologies post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
