Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in synthetic biology, autonomous systems, and quantum cryptography
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and digital identity systems compliant with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Manage innovation portfolios with $5M+ annual R&D budgets across 15+ parallel technology initiatives
- Present strategic visions to international forums including UN Technology Summits and World Economic Forums
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies and future scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with PhD preferred
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting or innovation management
- Portfolio demonstrating successful execution of multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFP) and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, emerging 2026 standards)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or Julia) and data visualization tools
