Responsibilities

- Secure $50M+ in R&D grants and venture capital for experimental projects
- Present future-tech forecasts to UN committees and World Economic Forum summits
- Drive commercialization of lab-to-market breakthroughs with <15-month cycles
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Neuroscience, or equivalent field
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 50 or unicorn startups
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science on emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling R&D from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 5+ patented technologies with real-world impact
- Experience working in extreme environments (e.g., Arctic research stations, space simulations)
