Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields including quantum computing, advanced AI, and sustainable technology systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps and operational frameworks
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory impacts, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present compelling technology vision and roadmaps to stakeholders, investors, and board members
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of technological curiosity and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technology domains
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CIMP) or technology strategy preferred
