Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological ROI and adoption
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present compelling technology narratives to stakeholders and investment committees
- Anticipate geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology deployment
- Mentor technology innovation teams in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technological disruptions
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
