Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026-2028, aligning with company vision
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to validate technical feasibility and market viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to track innovation portfolio performance and ROI
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate external innovations
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology forecasting or strategic planning preferred
- Exceptional analytical and scenario modeling capabilities
- Track record of securing executive buy-in for transformational initiatives
