Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for technology adoption and innovation through 2026+ horizons
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology to inform corporate strategy
- Develop and present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market opportunity assessments
- Champion a culture of innovation across all organizational departments
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, emerging technology, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFSD, CPSM)
