Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Identify disruptive technologies with commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in tech innovation or strategic planning roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
