Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and emerging trends
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate future technologies into development pipelines
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation projects from concept to implementation, ensuring scalability and ethical deployment
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor global technology policy and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives in AI, quantum, or biotech
