Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market evolution and competitive landscape
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum, biotech, Web4)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological trends into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments toward breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem scanning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or implemented future-tech initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
