Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing next-generation solutions in simulated future environments
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration models
- Present strategic technology plans to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech verticals
- Develop KPIs to measure impact of future technology initiatives on business growth
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong background in systems architecture and scalable solution design
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Certification in strategic management or technology foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Track record of launching at least two successful future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
