Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for commercial applicability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech incubators and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget allocation for R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists on future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
