- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateForward at technological forefronts
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technological capabilities into customer-centric solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI projections for experimental technologies
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
