Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype immersive AR/VR experiences for enterprise clients
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech startups in synthetic biology and neuromorphic computing
- Architect ethical AI deployment strategies aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives on technology disruption risks/opportunities
- Mentor junior engineers in exponential technology adoption methodologies
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions for quantum computing research initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in blockchain, quantum computing, and generative AI architectures
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech trends
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on theoretical CS
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum computing services and Google AI ethics
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three enterprise-level future-tech implementations
