- Present technology forecasts and innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across 15+ product lines and operational systems
- Oversee a $5M annual innovation budget with measurable ROI metrics
- Mentor a 12-person cross-disciplinary team of engineers and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions at enterprise level
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI/ML frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry forums
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for tech divisions
- Deep understanding of Web3, IoT security, and sustainable tech ecosystems
