- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, IoT, and blockchain solutions into core products
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for innovation scouting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Experience developing and implementing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
