- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovative pilots and prototypes
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI
- Collaborate with R&D to define long-term innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and scaling
- Expertise in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Strong background in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience managing multi-million dollar technology budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in strategic planning or innovation management preferred
