Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen AI systems and quantum computing applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biotech integration, decentralized networks) for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with C-suite to define innovation budgets and resource allocation for future-proofing
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI on future-focused initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge research
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML architecture, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Track record of successfully launching futuristic technologies to market
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical AI frameworks, and regulatory trends
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in forecasting and scenario planning tools
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental R&D teams
