- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams and innovation incubators focused on next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Quantify ROI projections for emerging technology investments
- Drive organizational culture of technological curiosity and continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
