Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation in regulated industries
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology ROI scenarios
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies like scenario planning and systems thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on enterprise transformation
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
- Published research in technology ethics or innovation management (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Experience scaling agile methodologies across 50+ person technical organizations
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., System Dynamics, Monte Carlo simulations)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
