Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities for 2026+ market disruption
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, and decentralized ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Anticipate regulatory implications and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and commercial teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or Web3 infrastructure
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with data-driven strategic planning frameworks
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
