- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technology investments with long-term vision
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against strategic milestones
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Ensure ethical implementation of emerging technologies through governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving market disruption
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI assessment
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
