Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight roadmap for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks in emerging tech landscapes
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption readiness and societal impact
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate theoretical innovations into commercialization strategies
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and external investors
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory implications for future innovations
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, industry, and government partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology forecasting or strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
