Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology roadmap aligning with quantum computing advancements and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in sustainable energy systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into core business strategy
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum research labs and AI ethics coalitions
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for 2026 technology initiatives
- Present disruptive technology forecasts to global stakeholders at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in quantum/AI implementation
- Deep expertise in emerging technology forecasting frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M
- Proficiency in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech modeling
- Certification in Technology Futures Planning (TFP) or equivalent
